Of course the COVID-19 virus attacks from various aspects such as education, economy, and others. Therefore the government took a stand or decision to implement Work From Home (WFH) work from home. The policies given by the government certainly have good goals but have quite high risks, especially in the tourism sector. With so much information being spread on social media about COVID-19, it will certainly influence the decision to visit the City of Yogyakarta as a Tourism City. This study aims to measure and find out how much influence exposure to information about COVID-19 on social media Instagram has on the decision to visit the city of Yogyakarta, using a quantitative method and using information integration theory from Martin Fishbein. This research was conducted on 100 respondents who are active followers of @explorejogja. The results of the study prove that exposure to information about COVID-19 influences the decision to visit. This is evidenced by the significance value obtained in testing the hypothesis that is equal to 0.000, which means <0.05 means the hypothesis is accepted. The R square value obtained in the calculation is 0.408, this indicates that 40.8% of the decision to visit is influenced by exposure to information about COVID-19, while 59.2% is influenced by other factors. date: 2022-12-19 date_type: published pages: 120 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN HUMANIORA thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Indah Melinda Putri, NIM.: 18107030130 (2022) PENGARUH TERPAAN INFORMASI COVID-19 TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN BERKUNJUNG KE YOGYAKARTA (SURVEI PADA PENGIKUT AKUN INSTAGRAM @EXPLOREJOGJA).
