If students feel a sense of well-being in school, it creates an impetus for them to excel and develop their potential. Optimism and self-determination are among the factors that influence school well-being. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between optimism, self-determination and school well-being in high school students. The subjects of this study were 108 high school students in Bantul Regency. The measuring instruments used were the Brief Adolescent Subjective Well-Being in School Scale (BASWBSS), the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R), and the self-determination scale based on the aspects of Deci & Ryan (2017). The results of this study show that there is a partial correlation as well as a 19.9% simultaneous relationship between optimism, self-determination and school well-being. Based on the analysis, it is also known that if self-optimism and determination in high school students increase, there is also an increase in school well-being. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Raden Rachmy Diana, S.Psi., M.A., Psi,
