N2  - Each student has different teamwork skills. This is based on differences in backgrounds owned by each individual, and is supported by many other factors. Personality is one of the factors that have influence in every aspect of human life, especially in this case how it affects the skills of teamwork. This study aims to determine the relationship between the DISC personality profile and teamwork skills in UIN Sunan Kalijaga students. The subjects of this study were 15 academics from the Faculty of Islamic Theology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, and Faculty of Science and Technology. This research uses correlational quantitative methods and is a non-parametric research. The hypothesis test used was the Spearman rho correlation test with SPSS 17. The results of the analysis showed that the relationship between the DISC personality profile and teamwork skills in students obtained a significance value of more than 0.05, which means there is no relationship in each dimension tested.
