The school serves as a platform for curriculum implementation, which is vital for achieving national education goals through the learning process. In implementing curriculum management in educational institutions, it is necessary to align it with conceptual planning, and most importantly, preparation. The success of curriculum management implementation planning in schools depends on the competencies of the school principal and teachers. The better the competencies of the school principal and teachers, the better the implementation of curriculum management. This study aims to determine the influence of school principal and teacher competencies on curriculum management implementation at State Senior High School 7 of Padang Sidempuan City. The research method used was quantitative research. The population of this study was all teachers in State Senior High School 7 of Padang Sidempuan City. The saturated sampling technique was employed, and the data were collected through a questionnaire. The research findings indicate that there was a significant influence of school principal competencies on curriculum management implementation at State Senior High School 7 of Padang Sidempuan City, with a calculated t-value (4.856) greater than the table t-value (2.021). Additionally, there was a significant influence of teacher competencies on curriculum management implementation at State Senior High School 7 of Padang Sidempuan City, with a calculated t-value (2.469) greater than the table t-value (2.021). There was also a significant influence of both school principal and teacher competencies on curriculum management implementation at State Senior High School 7 of Padang Sidempuan City. This was supported by the F-test results, which show a higher calculated F-value (10.870) than the table F-value (3.24). This indicated that the calculated F-value is greater than the table F-value. The multiple regression analysis indicated that the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,364 atau 36.4%. This value demonstrated the extent of the influence of the two variables, school principal competencies and teacher competencies, on the curriculum management implementation variable.
