This study uses a quasi-experimental research design with a Post-Test Only Control Design. Sampling in this study was taken by purposive sampling. This research involved 54 students of class XI MIPA at MAN 1 Pangandaran. The data collection technique in this study used a scientific reasoning instrument test which consisted of 12 multiple choice questions with reference to the Lawson Classroom Test Scientific Reasoning (LCTSR) instrument. While the instrument on the concept mastery test consists of 10 multiple choice questions that represent 4 indicators. The results of the independent sample t-test on scientific reasoning ability obtained the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.032 which means the p-value ≤ 0.05. The results of the independent sample t-test on the mastery of the concept data show that the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.024. So that the results of the p-value ≤ 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis ( ) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Based on the average value obtained, the scientific reasoning ability level is 78.2% in the good category. While students' mastery of concepts is in the medium category with a percentage of 71.4%. The conclusions from this study indicate that the Collaborative Creativity (CC) learning model influences scientific reasoning abilities with indicators of conservation reasoning, proportional reasoning, control of variables, probability reasoning, correlation reasoning, hypothetical-deductive reasoning and influences mastery of physics concepts at the C3 cognitive level up to C6. %Z Pembimbing: Puspo Rohmi, M.Pd
