One such organization is the rohis (FIKR) Sleman association forum, an islamic spiritual organization (rohis) at the level of the district that has the aim of addressing students who wish to indige Islam. The fundamental issues that developed in the internal dynamics of FIKR Sleman were intolerance, radicalism, and the effects of a pandemic affecting relationships. This research has a purpose for: (1) to illustrate the background (history), the development of the rohis (FIKR) Sleman bond forums, and (2) to find out how organizational relations dynamics in the FIKR Sleman. This research provides a descriptive qualitative study by taking a case study of the data done through observation, interview, and documentation on FIKR Sleman Yogyakarta. Next, for the researchers' data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman?s analysis covering the three stages, the data reduction, data display, and a deduction deduction. The results of these studies include: (1) the organizational connections created in FIKR Sleman are dynamic, influenced by individual interests, character, and individual backgrounds; (2) there are 2 types of organizational relations: associative relations of cooperation and dissociative relations of conflict(3) association theory, however, has found a type of relationship in the form of exchange, conflict, domination, and sociability, but the relation of prostitution is not found in FIKR Sleman.} }
