From internalized character development to become a person who produces excellent graduates. Effective planning, organizing and implementation are needed to produce qualified and superior graduates. This study aims to analyze and find: (1) the concept of education through character values developed at MI Ma'arif Giriloyo II, to find, (2) Models of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating in improving character education at MI Ma'arif Giriloyo II, (3) Implications of implementation of character education management at MI Ma'arif Giriloyo II. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done by testing the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning to manage student character training management plans, including all components of the school, stakeholders (regents, police, village heads and religious leaders) and the community, in this case parents of students are involved in determining values character is carried out in schools according to the rules. 2) Organizing the principal's role and function as educators, directors, administrators, and supervisors in the implementation of character education. The teacher's duties and responsibilities include: Preparing lesson plans, topic analysis, year programs, learning programs, lesson programs, weekly teacher programs, LKS for students including those related to character education. 3) Implementation of teaching and learning activities by incorporating character values in each subject.
