Which has an ordering system that is make to order requires companies to have capabilities that can meet consumer demand by timely product completion and still have the best quality for consumers. Risk management analysis on the 5 SCOR elements, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return, found 29 risk events with 14 risk sources. In general, this study uses the House of Risk (HOR) method with calculations from the results of assessing the severity of the risk, assessing the occurrence rate of risk agents, and assessing the level of correlation, so that the total value of the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) which is used to determine the priority of which risk agent needs to be handled first to be given preventive action. From the calculation of ARP resource person 1, there are 7 sources of risk that have the highest value shown by the pareto diagram where there are 10 risk mitigations and ARP calculations by resource person 2, there are 8 sources of risk which have the highest value shown by the pareto diagram where there are 9 risk mitigations.
