Many industries know that in their production they do not reprocess the waste produced such as solid and liquid waste because of the lack of knowledge and the large costs incurred by the company. The purpose of this study is to know what is needed by consumers, to know the greatest environmental impact caused by tofu production, to know the costs that allow it to be minimized, and to provide proposals for improvements to the concept of tofu products. Green Quality Function Deployment II (GQFD II) is a method used to evaluate the concept of tofu products made according to consumers based on Quality House, minimal cost based on Cost House, and environmentally friendly based on Green House with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting. The result of this study is that consumers want tofu that is savory, not wry, according to price, uniform size, environmentally friendly, and wise waste management. Acute Toxicity is the main environmental problem with the content of Potential Hydrogen (pH), Total Suspended Solid (TSS), and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) that is not suitable so that it can pollute water. Production costs are minimized in the use of wood and soybeans by proposing the use of biogas and adding local soybeans to produce the best quality and cost. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Ir.
