This relationship is meant to meet the needs of both primary and secondary life which are expressed in the process of interaction in the social, economic, political, educational and so on. However, in the process of this relationship there is often a process of social disintegration and disharmony. The existence of these conditions is almost found in every aspect of life and social institutions that exist in the social order. Likewise, at the Al-Munawwir Islamic boarding school Komplek L Krapyak Yogyakarta as a salaf Islamic boarding school which has a main concentration on learning and teaching the science of the Koran and the classics, symptoms of interpersonal relationship problems can be found, especially among students who memorize the Koran, namely the existence of difficulties in establishing integrative and harmonious relationships caused by the academic demands of Islamic boarding schools, lectures and memorization targets.The implementation of this research is intended to answer the problems that have been formulated previously, namely to find out the forms and factors of interpersonal relations of students who memorize the Qur'an which are carried out at the Al- Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, Komplek L Krapyak, Yogyakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis uses interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification.The results of the study describe the existence of forms of interpersonal relations in the form of social exchanges, roles and games. Meanwhile, the factors that encourage interpersonal relations of students who memorize the Qur'an include: physiological factors, security needs, esteem needs, and Islamic boarding school social and cultural environmental factors.
