%X Feminist counseling has undergone many revolutions since its birth in clinical practice and offers empowerment models for cases where the victims are women. Feminist counseling is also often assumed to tend to engage in power-sharing behavior or what is commonly referred to as egalitarian relations. However, the claim for equal relations has not been clearly proven to the extent to which this behavior is applied. In this study, researchers met with one of the institutions, Rifka Annisa, which claims themselves as a service provider with a feminist perspective, which was further investigated on how they applied egalitarian relations to victims of domestic violence. The findings in this study are described with the counselor's recognition of applying egalitarian relations by empowering the victim to the victim's ability to become a Women Defender. As hypothesized, egalitarian relations carry a political mission to participate in driving feminist issues and working with other victims of violence.
