The practice of internal communication has never been measured regarding the effectiveness of its communication. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of organizational communication in Public Relations Bureau of Ministry of Villages of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration by conducting a Communication Audit Organizational Communication Profile Model. This study used a quantitative method of descriptive approach with a total of 54 respondents? active employees of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Village PDTT. Communication audits conducted using International Communication Association (ICA) standards which are then analyzed using Category Analysis. The analysis was conducted on eight dimensions of communication audits, namely organizational satisfaction, communication climate, media quality, ease of information acquisition, information dissemination, information content, message purity, and organizational culture. The results of the study were that the communication audit at the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration was quite effective, judging by the 21 questions included in the high category, and 10 questions included in the low category.} }
