%T HUBUNGAN HARGA DIRI (SELF ESTEEM) DENGAN KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI MASA PENSIUN
%X ABSTRAK   This research is aimed to define the relationship between self esteem and police's anxiety to retirement phase. Subjek of the research are police in North Sumatera. The whole subjek are 79 police. The technique is used of the research is purpossive sampling. 
The method of the data collecting are the self esteem's scale and the reteriment anxietys scale for Police Departement of North Sumatera. The double Regression analysis technique and t-test are used to research data analysis. 
The result of this research indicated that : 1. There are siginifican and negative correlation between self esteem and retirement anxiety in police of north sumatera, showed that Rx12y = - 0.413 and p = 0.000, so that first hipothesis is accepted. 2. There are differndceis between police in Perwira's grade an police in Bintara's grade in anxiety to retirement, showed that t = - 2.010 and p = 0.049 (p , 0.05), so that hipothesis is accepted. div
