%X This research is entitled "Implementation of Skills Guidance for Children with down Syndrome (Case Study at SLB Marsudi Putra 2 Pandak). A children with down syndrome have problems in the ability to develop fine motor skills as well as in their creativity so that it becomes an obstacle to their activities both at school and in the home environment. They are faced with internal problems in developing their own development both in terms of education and life skills. For that they need guidance, one of the guidance that can be given is skills guidance that can help develop their fine motor skills.   This study uses a qualitative field method with a case study approach to observation. That is the method of research activities to investigate and observe a case that occurs in an individual or group. The data sources in this study were 1 school principal, 1 supervising teacher, 1 Counseling teacher, 2 parents of students with Down syndrome and 2 children of down syndrome students, so that the number of data sources in this study amounted to 7 people. The method of collecting data in this study uses observation, interviews and documentation.   The author’s analysisof the research on the implementation of skills guidance forchildren with down syndrome which is given at the Marsudi Putra 2 Pandak special school is able to make changes to the fine motor development of children with down syndrome and train children in self development skills/ life skills and personal social.
