This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with the subjects in this study are students with visual disabilities at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University totaling 4 people, close friends / family of 4 people, and PLD staff of 1 person. This study uses data collection techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then tested for is validity by technical triangulation. Methods in data analysis used in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. In the process of selfacceptance, there are 10 points of factors that influence self-acceptance, namely, (a) the existence of an understanding of oneself, (b) the existence of realistic things, (c) the absence of obstacles in the surrounding environment, (d) the attitude of pleasant community members, (e) the absence of severe emotional disorders, (f) success experienced qualitatively or quantitatively, identifying people who have good self-adjustment, (h) the existence of a broad self-perspective, (j) good childhood upbringing, and (k) a stable self-concept. From the 10 points above, basically the 4 subjects have gone through the process of self-acceptance well and overall, they have been able to accept themselves very well.
