This study examines more deeply whether compensation, competence, and motivation also have an influence on the performance of Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta employees. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling technique. The probability technique used is simple random sampling or simple random sampling. This study uses a data analysis method which is Structural Equation Modeling-Partian Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPls 3,0 software. The results of the study show that compensation and motivation have no effect on performance, while competence has an effect on performance.
