The dependent variabel in this research is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are organizational culture, work environment and work motivation. The populations in this study were all employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The sample method used is a saturated sample or all members of the study population. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaries. The analysis used is multiple linear regression technique.
