CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) is the capital adequacy ratio.Non Performing Financing (NPF) is the ratio between problematic financing and total financing disbursed by Islamic banks. BOPO is a comparison between operational costs and operating income in measuring the level of efficiency and ability of a Bank to carry out its operational activities. The Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) is a comparison between the financing provided by the Bank and the third party funds successfully mobilized by the Bank. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of Islamic finance banks in Indonesia based on capital, non-performing financing, operational costs and third party funds. The data sources needed are secondary data obtained from the websites of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. From the research that the authors conducted, it can be concluded that the CAR, NPF, and FDR ratios have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia.
