        abstract = {Sharia banking thrives in Indonesia and Malaysia. So that the Company must
be able to meet stakeholder expectations to maintain the company's profit and
sustainability. This research seeks to develop the relationship of GCG, CSR, ISR
and Profitability mechanisms. This study took samples in the form of data from
GCG, CSR, ISR, and ROA instruments from Islamic Banks in Indonesia and
Malaysia in 2013-2018. This study used multivariate SEM (Structural Equation
Modeling) analysis. The results showed that there are differences in the influence
of GCG on CSR, the influence of GCG on ISR and the influence of GCG on ROA in
Islamic Banks in Indonesia with Sharia Banks in Malaysia. Meanwhile, there are
similarities between CSR in mediating the influence of GCG on ROA, and ISR in
mediating the influence of GCG on ROA in Islamic Banks in Indonesia with Sharia
Banks in Malaysia.}
