The used data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The data that has been collected is processed by quantitative methods and processed by panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach as the best model. This study explains that Human Resources have a significant effect on Income Inequality, while Investment, Unemployment and Poverty do not have a significant effect on Income Inequality through the t-test. In another test, namely F-Test, shows that Human Resources, Investment, Unemployment and Poverty together have a significant affect on Income Inequality.
