Using multiple linear analysis methods with SPSS 26 software tools for windows. There were 35 respondents and used the Nonprobability Sampling sampling technique saturated sampling method. The results of the study showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Purwokerto Karang Kobar Employees, while Career Development and Emotional Intelligence did not have a significant effect on Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Purwokerto Karang Kobar Employee Job Satisfaction.
