This study focuses on the needs of female employees to achieve an achievement, using Maslow's Hierarchy of Individual Needs Theory (1993). This study aims to see the effect of self-actualization needs, appreciation, social needs, and organizational commitment on work achievement of female employees. The sample for this study were female employees at Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta, namely Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta, Bank Muamalat KCP Bantul, and Bank Muamalat KCP Wirobrajan, totaling 35 respondents using a non-probability purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test to test the hypothesis which has previously been carried out by instrument test and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that self-actualization needs, esteem, social needs, and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work achievements of female employees. Social needs most dominantly effect the work achievements of female employees.
