The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using the Partial Least Squares approach using the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling method using 32 respondents from employees of PT. BPRS Magetan. The results of the study show that Employee Engagement has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. BPRS Magetan. While Job Satisfaction has no influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Magetan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influences Performance and OCB is able to mediate the effect of Employee Engagement on Performance, but is not able to mediate the effect of Job Satisfaction on PT.
