The analytical method used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and a sample of 39 respondents was obtained. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that work environment, Islamic work ethics, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, work environment and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance, while Islamic work ethics have a significant effect on employee performance.} }
