The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial approach Least Squares uses the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The Sampling Technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with purposive sampling method using 33 respondents from the permanent employees of BPRS Sukowati Sragen. The results showed that the work environment and employee empowerment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance.} }
