Pd., M. Si abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, employee empowerment, and leadership style on employee performance. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial approach Least Squares uses the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The Sampling Technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with purposive sampling method using 33 respondents from the permanent employees of BPRS Sukowati Sragen.
