One of the driving things is career development provided by the company, psychological well-being felt by employees and the value of compensation according to work. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, psychological well-being and compensation on job satisfaction of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 40 employees by providing written questions (questionnaire) to identify the results of the written questions. The application used for analysis is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 27.
