Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. The number of samples taken was 40 permanent employees using the Purposive Sampling method. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) measurement on WrapPLS 8.0. The test results show that career development has no effect on organizational commitment to employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta, organizational climate has no effect on organizational commitment to employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta, there is an influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction and job satisfaction on organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant for employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment to employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta and job satisfaction has not been able to mediate career development on employee commitment to employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta.
