The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach using the warpPLS 8.0 statistical tool. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling technique with saturated sample method using 21 respondents of Bank Syariah KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara employees and 11 employees of Bank Syariah KCP Godean 2, and a total of 32 respondents. The results showed that social capital has no effect on the ability of innovation and knowledge management, leadership autonomy support has a positive and significant effect on the ability of innovation and knowledge management, and knowledge management variables can mediate the effect of leadership autonomy support on the ability of innovation, but cannot mediate the effect of social capital on the ability of innovation. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Ruspita Rani Pertiwi, S.Psi., M.M
