The sample used in this study was 36 employees of BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and the WarpPLS 8.0 application as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that self esteem and emotional stability variables have a significant positive effect on OCB, while self-efficacy and locus of control have a significant negative effect on OCB. In addition, job engagement variables are able to moderate the influence of self-esteem, self-efficacy, and emotional stability on OCB, but job engagement is not able to moderate the relationship between locus of control and OCB of BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten employees.} }
