        abstract = {This study aims to determine student interest in a career in Islamic banks. To analyze this interest, the researcher used the variables of knowledge, family environment, and work motivation which were developed from Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). This study used a quantitative methodology with a purposive sampling approach, which was analyzed using SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study found that knowledge and work motivation had a positive and significant effect, while family environment had no positive and insignificant effect. This research is expected to provide an overview for tertiary institutions regarding students' interest in careers in Islamic banks.}
