The sample in this study was 39 employees of BPRS HIK MCI Yogyakarta. This study used quantitative research methods with the help of the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that work motivation and work loyalty had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
