The samples used in this study were 56 employees of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and the SmartPLS 3.0 application as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of quality of work life and knowledge management have a positive effect on performance and work ethic, while the work ethic variable has no effect on employee performance.
