There are three variables in the psychological ownership faktor here, namely perceived control, familiarity and self-investment. While satisfaction here there are 2 variables namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. As for the sample used in this study, there were 157 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Researchers used an analysis technique with the PLS-SEM type and used the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 application as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that perceived control and self-investment variables have a significant positive effect on psychological ownership, while familiarity has no effect. perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction on psychological ownership has no significant effect. Psychological ownership and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on loyalty.
