In case studies conducted at BPD diy Sharia, the study attempted to identify the extent to of training, career pathways, and rewards affect employee performance. The method of research used was quantitative research. The research sample consists of 30 employees selected using the saturated sampling technique. The data collected is analyzed using a sem-pls approach (warps 8.0). Research indicates that the career path (p = 0149) and reward (p = 084) have no significant effect on employee performance. However, the training variable (p =0.009) shows a significant impact on employee performance. This indicates that proper training can improve employee performance. In other words, through training that promotes skill development and provides a clear career path, and reward rewards that are consistent with good work performance, the motivation and the employee performance can be increased.} }
