%X This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills, self-confidence, and psychological readiness on student work readiness in Islamic banks. The objects of this study were students of the Islamic Banking Study Program Class of 2019, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta. The sample method used in this study is a saturated sample. The research data used in this study is primary data obtained through online questionnaires (Google Form) and offline interviews with 99 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was IBM SPSS version 26. The analytical techniques used in this study were Descriptive Tests, Data Quality Tests, Classical Assumption Tests and Hypothesis Tests.The results of this study indicate that there is a partial and significant influence between Soft Skills on Job Readiness. The self-confidence variable has a partial and significant effect on work readiness and psychological readiness. It does not have a partial and significant effect on work readiness of students of Islamic banking study program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, in Islamic banking.
