This study uses non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, the sample criteria used in this study are employees who have worked for at least 2 years and employees who are core employees or not outsourced. The sample size used in this study was 59 employees. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) program. PLS is an equation model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with an approach based on variance or component based structural equation modeling. The PLS-SEM analysis consists of two sub-models, namely outer model and inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture and Work Performance have a positive and significant effect on career development, while the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the career development of BPRS Tegal Region employees.} }
