This is also related to the Open Unemployment Rate according to Higher Education which increases every year. This type of research is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The research took a sample of 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version analysis tool 25. Statistical test results show that self-regulation,Soft Skills, and Work Motivation Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Work Readiness.} }
