description: This study aims to examine the factors that affect the efficiency of company investment in this study there are several factors to be tested, namely ownership structure, accounting conservatism and leverage. The population used in this study were companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2012 – 2021. The research sample method used a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 36 companies was obtained. The data in this study used panel data for 2012 – 2021. This study used STATA Version 14 with data analysis techniques using multiple regression tests.
