This is indicated by the growing number of requests to use Islamic banking products every year. The occurrence of this development, the participation and enthusiasm of the people who entrust in using fund-raising products in their financial financing of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decision to use Islamic bank products in Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative methods using primary data. Information was obtained through questionnaires filled out by 190 residents of Bengkulu Province. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software version 7.0 in this study. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable is insignificant or negative with a path coefficients value of 0.017 and a P-value of 0.409; religiosity has a significant positive effect with path coefficients of 0.257 and a P-value of 0.000; social environment has a significant positive effect with path coefficients of 0.145 and a P-value of 0.000. 145 and a P-value of 0.021, while trust has a significant positive effect found with path coefficients of 0.580 and a P-value of 0.000, it can be concluded that religiosity, social environment and trust are proven as factors in determining the decision to use Islamic bank products in Bengkulu.
