This study used a quantitative approach with primary data and took 280 respondents from the millennial generation in the Yogyakarta City area. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as an analysis technique in this study with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. This study found that social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habits influence the millennial generation's intention to pay cash waqf through electronic payments. Meanwhile, the variable performance expectations, business expectations, price values and institutional credibility have no effect on the millennial generation's intention to pay cash waqf through electronic payments. This study has implications for developing a consumer behavior model and extending the validity associated with the determinants of behavioral intention to pay cash waqf through electronic payments.} }
