One of the internal factors that are considered to affect work productivity is work motivation. This study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and work productivity among employees in the post-pandemic period. Using a quantitative correlation method, this study involved 94 employee respondents who experienced changes in the work system from WFH during the COVID-19 pandemic to the WFO work system in the post-pandemic period. Respondents in this study were taken using convenience sampling technique. The measurement tools used are modifications work productivity scale and work motivation scale. Data analysis was performed with the pearson product moment correlation test. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive correlation between work motivation and employee work productivity in the post-pandemic period. The higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's work productivity. The effective contribution of work motivation to work productivity is 27.2% in terms of the r square value. The work productivity of the majority of respondents in this study was in the high category, as well as their work motivation. These results become theoretical implications that in understanding work productivity can be viewed from employee motivation.
