Participans of this study were 309 (N=309) final year college students in Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative method with the instruments of data collection in this study was using a scale of psychological capital, a scale of social support, and a scale of employability. The result of the study based on path analysis technique showed a significant indirect effect 0,302 with significant level of p = 0,000 (p{\ensuremath{<}}0,05) and direct effect 0,189 with significant level of p = 0,000 (p{\ensuremath{<}}0,05). Therefore the total effect also known based on the summed up of direct and indirect effect of 0,464 with a significant effect of p = 0,000 (p{\ensuremath{<}}0,05). This means, the first hypothesis of this study said there is a positive relations between social support and employability through psychological capital on colleagues students in Yogyakarta was accepted. The higher social support exist, then will improve employability through psychological capital that also higher.} }
