Subjects in this study amounted to 85 high school students. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. Measuring tools used to collect data are the Student Engagement Scale, and the School Well-being Scale, and the Learning Motivation Scale. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that the correlation value of school well-being and learning motivation with student engagement was 0.775 with a p value of 0.000 (P <0.05). This means that there is a relationship between school well-being and learning motivation with student engagement in learning at school. The relationship between variables is positive, if the higher the school well-being and learning motivation, the higher the level of student engagement, and vice versa. The school well-being variable has an effective contribution value of 42.1% to student engagement.
