Thus, those who joined and became part of the Blink fandom (Blackpink Fan group) gave rise to symbolic convergence in loving Blackpink. This study looks at how the symbolic convergence of fanaticism in Blackpink fan groups in Blink Jogja. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The basic theory used is the theory of symbolic convergence and fandom. The results of the study show that Blackpink fans who are members of the Blink Jogja fandom generate symbolic convergence which is shown by fanatical behaviors in the form of fans' desire to feel recognized as fanatical fans. This feeling of being recognized as a fanatical fan is interpreted together as a symbolic awareness which is then converged through the typical behaviors of fanatical fans according to Henry Jenkins.} }
