Since the ancient times, medicinal plants and traditional medicine have been firmly rooted in people's lives. Rejowinangun village is located at Kemiri District which is well known as a center for plant nurseries. The people of Rejowinangun Village have developed a family medicinal plant tour by utilizing their yards. This study aims to determine the diversity of medicinal plants in Rejowinangun Village, Purworejo Regency, to develop a booklet on the diversity of medicinal plants in Rejowinangun Village, and to determine the quality and feasibility of the products developed. This study used a qualitative descriptive method which was developed as a biology learning resource in the form of a booklet using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method. Based on the research results, it was found that there were 100 species from 50 families which were divided into 4 habitus, namely 48 herbs, 12 bush, 29 shrubs, and 11 trees. Booklets that have been compiled are then validated using an assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The products were assessed by one material expert, one media expert, one biology teacher, and 25 X MIPA 2 students at SMA N 6 Purworejo. The results of the booklet assessment by material experts obtained a percentage of 82.5\% with very decent quality, media experts at 75\% with decent quality, biology teachers at 82.14\% with very decent quality, and assessments by students at 90.52\%. The average acquisition of booklet quality assessment is 82.54\%. Based on this assessment, it can be concluded that the booklet is very suitable to be used as a source of learning biology on biodiversity for class X SMA/MA.} }
