Suismanto, M.Ag abstract: This research is motivated by the rise of calistung learning in early childhood. Early childhood aged 5-6 years are introduced to reading, writing, and arithmetic. Learning calistung in early childhood is often a great assessment of an PAUD institution. This arises from the perspective that exists in society in the process of changing a perception apart from being accompanied by support from the government with the existence of an independent curriculum, one of which is by changing the requirements for accepting new students at the elementary level, so as to minimize misunderstandings and parents' demands on children's learning outcomes. Private tutors play a role in improving the quality of good learning, tutoring institutions also play a major role in developing the creativity of their teachers. One tutoring institution that has a program for developing creativity is the Menara Ilmu tutoring institute. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies for developing the creativity of private teachers in reducing the gap between early childhood education and basic education at the Tutoring Institute, Bantul Science Tower, Yogyakarta and to find out why private teachers have to bridge the gap between early childhood education and basic education. This study uses a type of qualitative research. This study invites researchers to understand the development of the creativity of teachers at the Menara Ilmu tutoring institute by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Researchers conducted research involving the head of the Tower of Science tutoring and also calistung teachers for children aged 5-6 years. Based on the results of this research, the Menara Ilmu tutoring institution has a role to play in reducing the gap between Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and Basic Education at the Menara Ilmu Bantul Yogyakarta Tutoring Institute, private tutors need to implement strategies for developing creativity. Tower of Science uses the fun learning method of learning which has a teacher creativity development strategy that can help overcome the problem of gaps between Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and Basic Education.
