Learning media is currently also utilizing the development of science and technology in the learning process. One of them is the development of Androidbased learning media. This study aims to 1) develop an android-based physics application that is used as a teacher's reference when teaching momentum and impulse material, 2) determine the quality of the product developed in the form of an android-based application on momentum and impulse material, 3) determine student responses to the developed android-based application. This research is Research and Development (R&D) with the development model carried out by Thiagarajan, namely 4D which has 4 stages namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Disseminate are steps in the development stage. Research is limited to stages Development by conducting limited trials and e-module implementation tests. The qualitative data analysis technique used is analysis interactive model from Miles and Huberman, while the quantitative data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The instruments used were instrument validation sheets, product quality assessment sheets, student response sheets and physics e-module implementation sheets. The quality of the product according to the material expert's assessment is of good quality (B) with a score of 3.06, the media expert's assessment is very good (SB) with a score of 3.57 and the high school physics teacher's assessment is of very good quality (SB) with a score obtained of 3.40 . The results of the limited trial obtained a response that strongly agreed (SS) with a score of 3.33, the implementation test on the understanding aspect obtained strongly agreed which indicated that the presence of an e-module helped students understand the material of impulse momentum and aspects of interest obtained agreed which meant that there was an e-module of physics make students interested in learning impulse momentum material.
