abstract: This research is motivated by the limitation of students to study the subject matter of viuses directly, due to the lact of complete facilities of school. This
research aims to: 1) develop Interactive Modules based on Book Creator Web Apps
on Virus material as biology teaching materials for grade X high school students
based on the 2013 Curriculum (K13), 2) determine the feasibility of the product, 3)
dete rmine student responses to the product being developed. This research is
included in the type of Research and Development (R&D) research and applies the
ADDIE development model which includes the analysis stage (Analysis), design
stage (Design), developmen t stage (Development), implementation stage
(Implementation) which is carried out on a limited basis. and the evaluation stage
(Evaluation). The product will be assessed with an assessment instrument based on
a Likert scale by reviewer s (1 material expert, 1 media expert, 3 peer reviewer s, 1
biology teacher) and 15 students of class X MIPA SMA 5 Yogyakarta City in the
2022/2023 academic year. The results of the data collection that have been carried
out are material expert expert’s assessment is 89%, media exper expert’s assessment is 96%, peer
reviewerreviewer’s assessment is 93%, and biology teacher teacher’s assessment is 99%. The
developed product received a student response as much as 994%. Thus, the quality
of the product being developed is included in the category of very feasible to be
used in the learning process of virus material in the classroom.
