The research consists of two phases: the moss plant diversity research phase in the Mudal River Waterfall Tourist Area, and the e-booklet development stage using the R&D (Research and Development) development method with the 4D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) development model. Based on research results obtained 7 families with 15 species7 families with 15 species and 231 individuals/colonies of moss along the Mudal River tracking path, with the results of the calculation of the diversity index of mosses (Ĥ) which is 2.35 (moderate). The instruments used in this study were observation and interviews and students filling out questionnaires. The final result is a learning media e-booklet in PDF format, which can also be printed as a book. The e-booklet was evaluated by 1 media expert, 1 content expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher, and 15 tenth-grade students from MAN 1 Kulon Progo. Based on the assessment, the content expert scored 81% indicating excellent quality, the media expert scored 71% indicating good quality, the peer reviewers scored 87% indicating very good quality, the biology teacher scored 97% indicating very good quality, and student responses scored 93%, also indicating very good quality.
